The film directed by Ruben Fleischer(Zombieland), who is reunited with Jesse Eisenberg looks like classic Zombieland Comedy. The story follows lowly pizza boy Nick(Eisenberg), who’s late night delivery stumbles him into two criminals(McBride and Nick Swardson) master plot. After being kidnapped, a bomb is attached to his chest to explode in 9 hours. Given the simple task to go rob a bank, and bring the money back in time or ‘KABOOOM!’.
Naturally you would run to your best friend for help. However running into a school full of children, with a bomb on your chest, might not have been the best idea. To make matters worse, Nick and his friend Chet(Aziz Ansari) are not exactly on speaking term’s. Since Nick happened to have sex with Chet’s sister, and failed to tell him. Alas the two unwillingly join up, and go about robbing a bank in the most amateurish manner possible.
This film has a stunning cast, and a well respected comedy director. Like me you can expect quite a few laughs from this film, as well as a good portion of swearing, sexual imagery and gun play. So basically, All the good stuff.
