A List of 25 Possible Wii U Launch Titles?

A photo of a Blockbuster UK’s database shows a list of games that are possible set launch titles for the Wii U. Although there’s no telling which ones of these games are actually true, a few of them are already known titles.

Here’s the full list as it’s shown on Joystiq.

  • Just Dance 4
  • Killer Freaks from Outer Space
  • Marvel Super Heroes
  • Metro: Last Light
  • Monsters Party
  • New Super Mario Brothers Mii
  • Ninja Gaiden 3
  • Rabbids Party Land
  • Pikmin
  • Raving Rabbids
  • Rayman Legends
  • Shield Pose
  • Splinter Cell 6
  • Sports Connection
  • Tekken
  • Your Shape 2013
  • Zombie
  • Aliens: Colonial Marines
  • Batman: Arkham City
  • Assassin’s Creed
  • Darksiders 2
  • Dirt 3
  • Formula 1 All Stars
  • Game Party
  • Ghost Recon Online

A few of the titles like Assassin’s Creed and Batman: Arkham City make me feel a tad bit concerned. Although some might be thinking that finally a Nintendo console is getting these current gen titles, keep in mind that after the Wii U Sony and Microsoft are going to release their next gen consoles. That might put Nintendo right back at the end of the pack in terms of a powerful system and current gen titles.

There seem to be a lot of fun Nintendo games on the list though. New Super Mario Bros. MiiRayman Legends, and Pikmin look like they could be a good time.
