Sometimes you see something on Twitter that is just preposterously good. Today that comes from Starhawk developer LightBox Interactive’s President, Dylan Jobe (@DylanJobe).
He has been personally helping people having issues with Starhawk since its launch. Network connectivity issues, loading problems, really anything related to your Starhawk experience. His Twitter feed reads like he is just a lowly customer service employee but he is the president of the entire company. He doesn’t have to be doing this but he is and he’s awesome because of it.
He has even gone so far as to send one player a new router. Now that’s not being nice to your fans—that’s being the best person ever. It is also refreshing to see a major company really supporting their fans like this. Kudos to you Dylan Jobe. Super mega awesome kudos.
