L.A. Noire To Give Casual Gamers The Option To Skip Harder Levels

There have been a lot of instances when gamers end up throwing their controllers at the wall or their TV’s when the frustration of difficulty gets to them.

Well gamers Rock star has heard the cry (and seen the many YouTube videos) and have come up with a solution.

During a Q&A session at the Tribecca Film festival, Rockstar’s art director Rob Nelson said L.A. Noire will allow players to skip parts of the game they are having trouble with.

After the screening of the game, Nelson said a message will pop up after a portion of the game has been failed, asking the player if they’d like to skip it.

“You can skip those action elements and still experience the bulk of the narrative,” said Nelson.

This may be one of the reasons it will be easier to skip around, instead of adding a difficulty level such as the one included in Red Dead Redemption and something which was always absent from the GTA games.
