In a bid to further enhance the customer service experience of the Play store, Google has enabled comment replies by developers. This feature allows developers to communicate with their app users, replying to bugs, issues, or trolls if they like.
The caveat, as there always seems to be, is that only Top Developers will have access to this feature. All in all, it’s about time that we saw this implemented and we think this is a great move on Google’s part.
