This week Versus Evil partnered with 4gency to launch Habitat: A Thousand Generations In Orbit. What is Habitat: A Thousand Generations In Orbit (besides a mouthful) you ask? It’s a space simulator in the likes of which we’ve never seen before. The game uses realistic physics while you travel in space and use debris to build future homes for humanity. You’ll be faced with enemy habitats that you can destroy and dismantle to scrap for your own creations. You can upgrade everything from your engineer to the debris you find floating in space.
“Exploration, resource management and physics-based flight and combat come together for the ultimate space survival experience” – 4gency
4gency turned to kickstarter for funding with great success. They raised $10,000 over their $50,000 goal.
You can expect a launch for Xbox One, PC, MAC, and Linux. The estimated release date is December 2014. You can find out more about Habitat: A Thousand Generations In Orbit at http://jointhe509th.com/.
