It's Good to be an Early Adopter of the PlayStation 4

As might be considered par for the course these days, gamers that pick up the PlayStation 4 can look forward to extra goodies. So says Sony’s PlayStation blog.

Each PlayStation 4, at least in the US and Canada, will come with a special promotional voucher that can be redeemed for a 30-day free PlayStation Plus membership trial, a 30-day free Music Unlimited service trial, and a $10 Sony Entertainment Network wallet credit for the PlayStation Store.

This is an offer extended by Sony to show off the new features the PlayStation 4 will provide. Early adopters will be able to experience everything PlayStation Plus for PS4 has to offer and access millions of songs through Music Unlimited  beginning at midnight on November 15th when the PlayStation 4 launches.

It should be noted that the $10 PlayStation Store credit can be used towards anything for sale in the store. This includes PS4 launch titles. The only downside to this deal is that the PlayStation Plus trial is available to new subscribers only.

If you’ve already decided on a PlayStation 4 launch purchase, this is just icing on the cake. If you’re on the fence, maybe this will sway you. At least Sony hopes it does.
