Sony reps are confirming via email that the public will get their first opportunity to tinker with the company’s shiny, new handheld at Gamescom next month.
The PS Vita details have yet to emerge about the line-up of games that will be available at launch and beyond.
Many believed that Tokyo Game Show was going to be the first time the handheld was going to make its debut but that’s not the case.
Gamescom takes place in Cologne, Germany, from August 18-August 21. We’ll keep you in the loop as more develops.
