Gamescom 2014 | Dragon Age: Inquisition Trailer Revealed; Inquisitor Role is Huge!

At Gamescom 2014, EA and Bioware have unleashed a gorgeous and fast-paced trailer for the third most anticipated title in the Dragon Age franchise. Judging from what can be seen in the trailer, Dragon Age: Inquisition brings back some old and new races that fans have been dying to play as.

Bioware has dedicated a lot over the past years with high-grade series such as Mass Effect, Jade Empire and an eclectic amount of MMORPG’s based around the Star Wars universe. Branching off of Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II, Dragon Age: Inquisition looks to combine elements of the two in order to create a hefty job for the player in terms of storyline. Strapped in the role of the Inquisitor, the choices that players make throughout the game will change how they’ll be able to get access to the giant world around them.

The trailer brightly showcases how advanced the graphical technology has become, such as the glossy and natural looking character models and the detailed, rough-edged scaled lines of some of the dragons in the game. Notable classes can also be seen in the trailer, such as the male Warden and the female Hawke, which has some of us at The Game Fanatics excited.

Before you even fret about when you’ll be able to get your hands on it, the trailer also unveils a release date: November 18.

It’s only day one of Gamescom, but it seems like even Xbox Head of Operations Phil Spencer has even went to Twitter to comment on Dragon Age: Inquisition, praising it as the “perfect Bioware game.”
