Nintendo has announced that when Capcom’s Monster Hunter Tri makes its way stateside, it will be bundled with a very special gift: a Wii Classic Controller Pro.
The black classic controller was originally only made available in Japan, also inside a Monster Hunter Tri bundle priced at the equivalent of $94. Luckily, American consumers won’t have to shell out that much for the bundle, as Nintendo has confirmed that the game/controller combo will be available for $59.99.
Considering the going rate for standalone Wii software, the $60 price tag seems incredibly reasonable, especially when factoring in the Pro controller’s add-ons – an extra row for shoulder buttons and hand-grips.
Apparently the game’s not bad either, as Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu gave it a perfect score.
