“We Are Player 1: Diversity in Gaming”
Gaming is a culture that is appreciated by many people of different races, creeds, colors and genders. We appreciate fun, that’s what we all have in common as humans. South by Southwest is recognizing that current game production marginalizes certain groups of society in the making of games.
Why should you check out this panel?

“How Game Development Is Like Breaking Bad”
The developers who brought you Max Payne, Death Rally, and Alan Wake will sit down and give you knowledge on how game development is similar to the dope game…yes, we’re talking drugs. With all of the changes in technology and the needs of consumers game developers have to continue to be creative and interesting to retain their customer base. Matias Myllyrinne,CEO of Remedy Entertainment, will inform us on how they have adapted to the shifts of the industry.
Why should you check out this panel?

“MySpace’s Chris DeWolfe Jumps from Social to Games”
For the first time Chris DeWolfe will explain his transition from social media to the world of gaming. DeWolfe went from MySpace to SGN.

“Turning Your Gaming Passion into Profits”
