The Evil Within 2 Shines in a New Gameplay Trailer

Evil Within 2

Little by little we are getting more glimpses about The Evil Within 2. Since its official reveal in E3 this year, Bethesda has been showing extra bits and pieces about their next horror game, a creation of Tango Gameworks and Resident Evil-creator Shinji Mikami.

The last trailer mixes cinematic scenes with moments of a gameplay mode that goes by the name of “Survive”. The video starts with Lily, the protagonist’s daughter, as she escapes from someone… or something. Later on, the action falls on Sebastian Castellanos, who we already know, fighting his way through hordes of creepy enemies. As it seems, The Evil Within 2 is bringing back that combination between pure weapon action with stealth moments that we already saw in the first installment.

“It’s all your fault,” claim different voices throughout the trailer. This sequel puts Sebastian against the wire once again as he spins down a nightmare spiral to save his daughter.

The Evil Within 2, Pre-Order and Bonus

Bethesda has also revealed the bonus for pre-ordering the game. This come in the shape of a “Last Chance” pack, which includes:

  • The exclusive Burst Handgun weapon
  • Extra crafting supplies for your weapon, ammo or traps so you can start with a good foot as you descend into hell
  • Extra medical supplies to aid you when you most need them

The Evil Within 2 is releasing worldwide on October 17 for on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
