E3 2013 | Destiny Gameplay Trailer

Guardians Rejoice!

Bungie revealed their Destiny Gameplay Trailer at the Sony PlayStation conference last night at E3 and holy foghorns did they deliver! Bungie has once again blown me away for the thousandth time.

Their trailer, which is beautiful, opens up with a powerful voice narrating as the we, the Guardians, are watched over by The Traveler. A mysterious, powerful sphere hovering over the Last City of Earth. Watching and protecting.

Outside of the great walls lay the evil, wishing to end Mankind. Together, you and your fellow Guardians will band together to take back what was once yours.

The choice is up to you!

Will you hide behind the safety of the city. Or will you band together with your comrades and fight for what’s yours?

Whether you chose the Hunter, Warlock or Titan at this point this game is going to be beyond impressive. We all saw the gameplay at E3, and quite frankly, from the sliding and diving, to the jumping around. The third person pull out view when the Warlock did his SPACE MAGIC left my jaw on the ground. there was even some small tid bits of comedy thrown into it. We even get a glimpse of what the Awoken, one of the playable races, really looks like.  Spaceships and even Speeder-like Bikes!? My jaw is on the ground again if you couldn’t tell.

When it really comes down to it, I don’t see a single flaw to this game. Whether your a veteran fan of  Bungie, or a newcomer to knowing who the developer is, they’re delivering. And they know it.

Be sure to follow me on Twitter @TGF_KingNis for more Destiny news the minute it comes out.

Also be sure to follow @Bungie and @DestinyTheGame for all Bungie and Destiny related news.

And finally, a huge shout out to @MoreConsole for keeping me informed while I was away from the E3 conference. Major kudos to you, you beautiful bastard! 🙂
