E3 2012 | Darksiders II Comic Series Goes Digital

Announced at E3 this week, the upcoming video game Darksiders II is getting its own digital comic series. Being released from Dark Horse Comics, Darksiders II: Death’s Door will be a pivotal contribution to the world of Darksiders II.

Follow Death, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, as he seeks out to destroy a rogue demon. Death will travel across magical realms and through time to achieve victory for his quest. Darksiders II: Death’s Door is a heart-pounding adventure story that will reveal many mysteries of the games. Written by Andrew Kreisberg (Batman Confidential, Green Arrow) and the art done by Roger Robinson (Batman: Arkham City, Azrael).

Five issues will be available tri-weekly exclusively online at Dark Horse Digital and Dark Horse’s iOS and Android apps for 99 cents each starting this Independence Day. Don’t forget to preorder Darksiders II at Best Buy to receive  an exclusive prequel comic to Darksiders II: Death’s Door.
