A poster at NeoGAF reportedly has the latest issue of Game Informer, as well as some details about a PS Vita exclusive Assassin’s Creed.
Titled Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation, the game will feature a female assassin by the name of Aveline, a French woman, residing in New Orleans during the late 1700s, which coincides with the French Indian War of 1754 to 1763.
Here’s some more info on the title:
The game will have nothing to do involving Desmond, the “actual protagonist” of the numbered franchise. In addition, Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation, under development by Ubisoft Sofia, will launch on October 30th and feature a multiplayer experience specific for the Vita.
One of our writers, Matthew Gonzales-Landry, received his copy of Game Informer and confirmed everything from the NeoGAF post.
Looks like that’s one less surprise to be revealed during E3.
