This Saturday on August 18th, 2012 Tecmo Koei is invading Hot Import Nights for its second Round of “I’m a Fighter World Championship”!

You might ask yourself, just what the heck is going on? Right? Well, to throw it all at you in an understandable fashion, the top IGN Pro League gamers are going head to head at Hot Import Nights to qualify for the next set in the tournament series in order to earn the right to wear the crown as the master of Dead Or Alive 5.

Oh, did I forget to mention IGN is going to be broadcasting each match live on http://doa.ign.com ? Didn’t want to forget that bit.

As I said above, Round Two is taking place this Saturday on the 18th. Tickets are currently on sale now. If you’re interested please visit https://xdc.webconnect.com/smtickets2012 to get yours before they’re gone. The doors open at 3pm for casual matches along with a 30-minute pre-tournament show. The next 4 to 5 hours will begin the fighters next fate in the tournament.

IGN Pro League or “IPL” is the competitive gaming league presented by IGN Entertainment. So, you can expect the pros like Adande “sWoozie” Thorne, Chris “NinjaCW” Harris, Vanessa Arteaga and marie “Kayane” Norindr to be there.
