Clash Royale Unveils its Upcoming Quest System

Clash Royale

Clash Royale has always kept players very busy with constant updates since its release last year. Apart from your typical balancing patches, or bug fixes, some of these updates come with a clear revitalizing role. Following this fashion, Supercell has unveiled today an upcoming quest system for their card game hitter. Hold your breath though, for this is a teaser and there’s no delivery date just yet.

These new quests will be replacing Clash Royale‘s Achievement system and will be accessible on the top bar of the main menu. The Free Chests located there are not disappearing though, as they will be integrated inside the new Quest window instead. If you are interested in knowing more, you should check YouTuber Orange Juice’s sneak peek video.

As we follow each of the missions we’ll collect Quest Points, which are needed in order to open different chests full of luring rewards. In terms of quest types, there seems to be a little bit of everything: play X number of matches with specific cards in your deck, win a 2vs2 battle X number of times… You get the drill. There’s also the possibility of replacing a quest that you don’t feel like completing with another (one max per day).

Another interesting feature coming to the game is a new battle mode, Touchdown. Or their “loudest mode yet”, as they call it. Their recent Touchdown Tournament recap already gives you an idea of what to expect about this 2vs2 mode, in which the goal is to bring an oval-shaped football to the other side of the field.

Supercell invites us to stay tuned to their blog, as they will be revealing more details tomorrow. Stay tuned for those!

Any Clash Royale player in the house? How do you feel about the new quest feature? What other things are you expecting to see in Supercell’s hit? Let the discussion begin in the comment section down below!
