BioShock Infinite Demo Footage Will be Shown

For all of the BioSock fans out there, you ever wondered what the new game looked like? Of course you have heard critics talk about it like crazy, but sometimes words aren’t enough. Just like the saying goes “a picture is a thousand words.” In this case, it will be millions of words.

According to Irrational Games, there will be a 24-hour exclusive access to see the footage, exclusively on Xbox Live and Xbox.com, starting September 21st. After that, the company will post the video on the game’s website, and let everyone witness what is going on.

My only take is: why only Xbox? Then again, It seem like both parties have been gaining access to exclusive content, lately.

What is all the hype about, well here are some details for you:

The BioShock Infinite demo video opens with the game’s protagonist, former Pinkerton agent Booker DeWitt, battling through the streets of Columbia, a crumbling city in the sky. He has come to rescue Elizabeth, a mysterious young woman imprisoned there since childhood. As DeWitt and Elizabeth merge their powers in a desperate bid to escape the city, viewers will witness intense indoor and outdoor battles, new weapons and abilities, and dangerous new enemies including Elizabeth’s terrifying captor.

BioShock Infinite, planned to release in 2012, is in development for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and Games for Windows. It has not yet been rated, but we are thinking a M for now.
