Batman: Arkham Knight Show Down in New Screenshots

Earlier this month, Rocksteady revealed the conclusion to their trilogy of Batman titles. Today, we get to see a bit more of what the studio has in store, including our first look at Arkham Knight. Batman: Arkham Knight has been causing quite a stir since its reveal, and for positive reason. New gameplay additions, afforded by the jump to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, an unprecedented new setting for a Batman story, and a completely new character are big steps for the series. Until today, we didn’t know what the Arkham Knight looked like, aside from a silhouette. In these new screens, Batman goes one on one with the new adversary, and we see that he is more than a match for the caped crusader.

The PlayStation team also interviewed Rocksteady’s Dax Ginn, and he had some interesting words about moving to the new consoles, the tone of the story, and the changes coming to the Arkham franchise in this final chapter from the studio that created it.

Batman: Arkham Knight comes to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later this year.
