Batman: Arkham Knight Gets Limited Edition Goodies; Release Date

Bruce Wayne is always going to be able to kill it. It’s just something you have to expect from a guy who keeps Gotham and Arkham safe from evildoers by way of some oh-so-awesome vigilantism. Batmobile, Batarang and Batsuit included. Here’s hoping the same happens in the Batman: Arkham Knight, a PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One title set to release in June of next year.

The release date announcement comes to us today from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment, and has also revealed that company will be releasing two limited editions of Batman: Arkham Knight.

BATMANGOODIES
Batman fans who purchase the Limited Edition will receive a Steelbook, a sleek and awesome case design that holds the video game case and the game disc. An 80-page, full-color Arkham Knight concept art book and a limited edition Arkham Knight comic book from DC Comics will also be included, followed by an in-game skin pack courtesy of DC Comics. Finally, owners of the Limited Edition pack will receive a special memorial statue of Batman himself.

There’s not much difference in the Batmobile Edition of Batman: Arkham Knight. Gamers who get this version will get all of the aforementioned items. The only difference? Instead of the Batman memorial statue, players will receive a fully transformable Batmobile designed by TriForce.

Batman: Arkham Knight marks the fourth and final game in the Batman Arkham series, and with all these extra limited edition goodies announced by the publisher and developers today, the June 2, 2015 release date seems like a long, hard time from now.
