When I first saw Asura’s Wrath I thought to myself, “This game is awesome, I want it NOW!” and even now I still feel the same way about it. A few people have said the game resembles God of War, and at first I disagreed with them. But with the release of these three trailers you can’t help but make the connection. Of course I won’t state any spoilers for those of you who still haven’t had a chance to beat the game, but for those of you who have, all you have to do is watch the video titled “Asura’s Wrath Story Digest 02” and see the uncanny resemblance of what happens to Asura, and the major boss he has to overcome at the end of the video. It seems Capcom is trying to recreate God of War’s success by creating a similar plot line, or they’re trying to make something different that just happens to fall in line with what happens to Kratos. Either way I would love to have a few hours hands on with this game. Below the three videos are some screen shots taken from within the trailer that should make nice desktop backgrounds for everyone’s computers.
