An update to AMD’s Catalyst software was released early this morning which fixes some known bug issues, AMD also added support for their A-Series APU’s in this new update. Rumor has it that the new driver is identical to the previous Catalyst driver released 15 days ago, but whats strange about the update is it adds support for AMD’s new graphics processors inside the A6-3600 (Radeon HD 6530D) and A8-3800 (Radeon HD 6550D) APU series that was just launched the other day.
There isn’t any information whether people are getting performance increases on their discrete graphics cards but if you’re still curious about the update you can get it here.
