Konami held their pre-E3 press conference this morning and one of the key highlights was a detailed look at the upcoming Pro Evolution Soccer 2013. The footage features Real Madrid maestro Cristiano Ronaldo and highlights the new ‘Player ID’ system’, where 50 distinctive football pros have been accurately modelled to reflect their real-life mannerisms on the pitch. This comes in response to criticisms levelled at last year’s game concerning the lack of player originality.
The trailer also talks about ‘PES Full Control’ – which encompasses tighter dribbling, passing and shooting mechanics – as well as a new ‘Proactive AI’ system that focuses on more intelligent off-the-ball movement.
