Sony has announced their very first Organic EL 3D head mounted display. The display comes with 1290×720 Organic EL panels and with 3D video support, offering an amazing display of 750 degrees. Yes, this thing offers the equivalent of a 750” display! The HMZ-T1 also comes with virtual 5.1CH audio headphones featuring VirtualPhones Technology, which bundled with the stunning screen resolution will give you the sensation and the experience of enjoying your favorite 3D movies like never before.
Sony has an interesting limitation saying that the display is not for use with children under the age of 15.
The device will launch in Japan on November 11, 2011, The device will be priced at 60,000 Yen or $780.34 US.
