New Content Incoming For Citadel: Forged With Fire

Even though the game has been launched via Steam Early Access a few days ago, Blue Isle Studios isn’t resting on their laurels as they already have new content ready to go this week for their massive online sandbox RPG: Citadel: Forged With Fire.

Set to drop tomorrow, Wednesday August 2nd, the new wave of content will include a bevvy of new add-ons for players to play with. The game’s very first update will include, among other things detailed below, an Iron Armor and five crafting recipes.

Here’s a handy list of the new content included in the upcoming update:

  • Five new crafting recipes
  • Iron armor
  • Bear Claw Gauntlet which is a more barbaric weapon ideal for hunting
  • New dragon
  • Wild Boar
  • Castle props
  • Skeleton Warrior

Along with bringing new content, the new update will also optimize the game on various levels like allowing players to load the game faster along with bug fixes and patches. To read every little detail, Blue Isle Studios has released a Steam patch notes here.

Citadel: Forged With Fire is currently available via Steam Early Access for $19.99 USD (20% launch discount off its $24,99 retail price tag). Consoles players won’t be left out as the game is currently in development for PS4 and Xbox One.
