Xbox One Globally Finally Hits Retail in 28 Regions This Month

While North America has the luck to receive Microsoft’s Xbox One console first, the South American, Asian, European and African regions will be getting just as lucky as they see console hit their shelves this month.

All throughout September, Microsoft’s Xbox One and Xbox Live online service will be available to 28 regions around the world, bringing the total number of their global outreach to 41 regions. Chile and Colombia have already gotten a head start yesterday (Sept. 2) and Japan will be getting theirs tomorrow (Sept. 4).

On Sept. 5, the Xbox One comes to Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. Israel gets their consoles on Sept. 15 and Russia on Sept. 26.

Finally, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan and China will get to experience Microsoft’s latest toy on Sept. 23.

Microsoft is no doubt trying to aim at making an impact on the international market, but how will the sales fare in these different regions? Only time will tell.
