Xbox 360 Loses Content for Lost Planet 2

If you are reading the title, then you would probably have to read it again. Yep, you read right.

Recently on the Liverpool, the game’s producer, Jun Takeuchi, confirmed that the developers had to cut content due to limit issues on the 360.

When ask about the game, the Takeuchi repsond, “There wasn’t especially any big trouble. More than those kind of difficulties, the edited content was way too much and dealing with that was more difficult than anything.” He then added , “…at the end, we had to wrestle with disc space.”

Lucikly everyone will still have a chance to play the full game, even if Xbox owners have to wait, as Takeuchi stated there is a possibility of downloadable content in the near future.

The funny thing? The unedited content is still on the PS3 version of the game. More information to come.

Lost Planet 2 is planned to be released May 18th on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
