If you’re holding off on getting a Wii U, maybe this will sweeten the deal. According to a report by Destructoid, the $349.99 Wii U deluxe bundle that currently comes with NintendoLand will instead come with The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD. Their source apparently works at Target, and says we’ll be getting two new Nintendo 3DS XL bundles as well, each with a different version of Pokemon X or Y and priced at $199.99. It looks like both will be out in October, as Pokemon X and Y come out October 12th, while Wind Waker HD is expected to get an October release as well.
Normally, this would just count as a rumor, but Destructoid‘s source provided photos:
Nintendo has so far responded with the typical “no comment” response, but they’ve done these types of bundles in the past, so I wouldn’t be surprised if we get some kind of official confirmation sometime in the near future.
