The HP ENVY 750-415VHR features a Radeon RX 480 graphics card, alongside an Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM and a 128 SSD and 1 TB hard drive. The specs offer a good, minimum-spec standard computer for consumers looking to dip into VR while still staying within a budget. Vive and HP are also promising additional bundles in the future that will feature robust specs for more demanding VR games.

With VR being such a new platform there is still a lot of trepidation from the consumer market when it comes to purchasing not only VR hardware but also upgrades to existing systems. This partnership provides a set cost to setup and run the Vive along with a fairly solid home computer.

The Vive HP VR bundle will be available for the holiday season. To be notified of availability you can sign up at Vive.com.
