Use These Tips to Get Ahead in Watch Dogs: Legion

Watch Dogs: Legion is here and we have a few tips that should help you get a leg up when you start the game.

Unlock the Profiler to Make Recruitement Easier

In Watch Dogs: Legion, you can recruit anyone that you see walking around the game world. Some characters have a very unique set of skills that will make your gameplay experience a whole lot easier. Each character will have certain objectives that need to be completed in order to get them on your team. During part of our playthrough, we encountered a drone expert with a great list of skills but we made a mistake on his recruitment mission. That’s when the profiler comes in handy. There are additional objectives that you can complete so the character is not lost to you forever.

Unlock and Upgrade the Spiderbot

Upgrading the spider bot to level 2 was one of the first things we did in the game. Level 2 gives you an additional jump which makes reaching various areas a breeze. You can clear compounds without setting foot on the premises if you use the bot correctly. If you want an added level of stealth, level 3 unlocks a cloaking ability that can help get you out of a sticky situation. This ability allows you to cloak your spiderbot for a short period of time and escape or bypass certain obstacles.

Pay Attention to Unique Abilities

All characters may not seem that useful but pay close attention to their skills and abilities.  Some characters have abilities that can help with bailing your team out of jail or getting them out of the hospital faster if they are injured. There are a ton of traits that we have yet to discover but there will be a DedSec agent for whatever mission or situation that you will encounter.

Recruit Characters with Unique Weapons and Tech

The main weapon in Watch Dogs: Legion is the DedSec pistol. This is a non-lethal taser gun that players of previous Watch Dogs games should be familiar with. Throughout the world, you will find people with different hobbies and occupations that will influence the weapons they carry. You may find hospital workers that carry a tranquilizer gun or a construction worker with a nail gun. There are characters and weapons throughout the game world that will fit any and every play style.

Watch Dogs: Legion brings a lot of variety to the Watch Dogs universe. Like always, there are so many ways to tackle various situations and there is a unique character or piece of tech to help you. There are still a ton of things that we have yet to discovers. We can’t wait to dig deeper into the game. Stay tuned to The Game Fanatics for more Watch Dogs: Legion content.
