Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Multiplayer Gets a Major Update with Patch 1.13

Today, August 7th 2012, marks the day that Naughty Dog makes multiplayer history as Patch 1.13 (ND’s biggest patch ever) rolls out over the next 24 hours.  With loads of new content, gameplay adjustments, and other features to boost the community and maximize your Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception multiplayer gameplay experience, Patch 1.13 may just be the update gamers have been looking for.  While there are some DLC items that won’t be released until August 14th, majority of the patch will be deployed today!

Patch 1.13 will provide players with fresh content including hundreds of new multiplayer features; just to name a few, you can expect to see an expanded selection of customizable items, new medals, and new trophies.  Naughty Dog is also introducing a new “tournament system” in which players can compete against each other and earn in-game rewards based on how they played!  Oh, and did I mention new skins?  That’s right; Patch 1.13 will bring 2 new skins to the table!  You can play as your new favorite hero Spyder (Sony/Uncharted Audition winner), or go out in a blaze of glory with the Djinn.

Straight from the Naughty Dog Blog, you can check out Robert Cogburn, Lead Multiplayer Designer, and Robert Ryan, Game Designer, explain Patch 1.13 below:
