Ubisoft Dates Assassin's Creed III "Tyranny of King Washington" DLC

Prepare to step into an alternate version of history in Assassin’s Creed III with the Tyranny of King Washington batch of DLC. Connor’s fight against injustice takes an interesting turn with the latest batch of downloadable content for Assassin’s Creed III. Ubisoft has revealed the dates for the three-part storyline called “The Tyranny of King Washington,” which takes place in a different timeline: this time around, Ratonhnhaké:ton (Connor) never joined the Assassins, and George Washington crowns himself king after winning the Revolutionary War. Here are the deatils:

Chapter 1: The Infamy releases on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC on February 19th for 800 Microsoft points or $9.99.

Chapter 2: The Betrayal releases on those three systems mentioned above on March 19th for 800 Microsoft points or $9.99.

Chapter 3: The Redemption releases, again, on those three previously mentioned on April 23rd for the same prices.

You can get all three in one purchase by picking up the DLC Season Pass for $29.99 (2400 Microsoft Points), saving yourself a little bit of money in the process. Ubisoft adds that people who own Assassin’s Creed III for the Wii U will indeed also be receiving an opportunity to buy this DLC through the Nintendo eShop, but they’re not saying when just yet.
