Today, Ubisoft® announced The Battle Hardened Pack, the second content pack available for Assassin’s Creed III. It is now available for the Xbox 360and the PlayStation 3. This downloadable content pack will be available for Windows PC on January 15.
Primarily, the Battle Hardened Pack is expanding the multiplayer experience with the addition of new maps and characters.
• Three multiplayer characters including the influential Governor, the ferocious Highlander and the fearsome Coyote Man.
• Three multiplayer maps including Charlestown, Fort St-Mathieu and Saint Pierre.
Those of you out there that have purchased the Assassin’s Creed III Season Pass (which includes all five downloadable content packs as they become available), The Battle Hardened Pack will be downloadable with no additional cost… obviously. This isn’t a bad idea if you’re a fan of the game, as the Season Pass provides more than 25% savings versus purchasing the DLC individually.
The future content packs are looking pretty exciting as well. To come are the likes of: The Tyranny of King Washington, an all-new single-player campaign told through three episodic content packs, which lets gamers experience an alternate history of the events following the American Revolution.
Assassin’s Creed III is available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 system, and Wii U. For Windows PC gamers, the Assassin’s Creed III Deluxe Edition is available as a digital download and includes all future downloadable content.
