Ubisoft Announces Open Beta For Ghost Recon: Wildlands on PC

Ghost Recon: Wildlands

Ubisoft announced that an open beta for the upcoming Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands will run next week from February 23-27. The open beta includes the content from the recent closed beta as well as a new province.

The new province is called Montuyoc and features the training center for the Santa Blanca Cartel – the main enemy force in the game. The area sounds rough with Ubisoft describing it as “protected by large bases, which contains modern light and heavy weapons, guns, tanks, mortars, and anti-aircraft missiles.” The province of Itacua, which was featured in the closed beta, remains and Ubisoft recommends players finish activities here to gain XP and unlock new abilities before venturing into Montuyoc.

In addition to the open beta, Ubisoft also provided the PC requirements for the game. The game supports a wide array of graphics cards and controllers. The minimum specs should run the game at 720p on low settings while the recommended specs should run it at 1080p on high settings. The minimum and recommended specs are below; you can find a full list of supported video cards and controllers on the Ubisoft blog.
