Transistor's Release Date and Pricing is Here!

The sci-fi themed action RPG is set to release on PC and PS4 on… May 20th! It will be released on Steam and PSN for $19.99 in North America, and €18.99 / £14.99 in Europe. A worldwide release is also being planned for with multiple voice over and text language options.

If you don’t know what Transistor is yet, it’s a mix of strategy and action, and beautiful visuals and atmospheric storytelling. You wield a powerful weapon and journey to find its origin by searching for its previous masters and piecing together the mysteries that accompany it.

The finishing touches are currently being added and to get people excited, without spoiling too much, a few new screens have been released. Check them out below:

Transistor’s developer Supergiant will be at PAX East with a near-final build of the game. So, if you’re around and interested, stop by booth 892 to get hands-on with the PS4 version.
