If you’ve got a itch for; popcorn, sticky floors and extortionate prices then this week id recommend you run down to your local cinema and see:

The Fighter

The film is expected to be immense, with a affectionately humorous side and a thought provoking story.  With all around great critic reviews of this Inspiring incredible true story. The films follows A look at the early years of boxer “Irish” Micky Ward (Mark Wahlberg) and his brother(Christian Bale) who helped train him before going pro in the mid 1980s. The main character of the film “Irish” Micky Ward, is shown on a Rocky like rise to fame and success. As his travels the unlikely road to the World light welterweight title, but on the way encountering harsh family and physical troubles. Especially from his half-brother Dicky, who was also a boxer now turned trainer. Whose constant use of drugs and affiliation with crime, nearly KO’d him outta life. The films demographic would be towards males due to the big feature of boxing and violence, as well as fans of the sport and history of boxers.
