The New Review System

Well, it’s been a long time coming, but today I’m proud to announce to you all the produce of endless hours of deliberation and countless gun duels that left contradicting opinions collapsed in a pool of blood.
The subject of such heated discussion is none other than our new review system. Not to say there was anything wrong with the old one, but we noticed it could definitely use a lot more polishing and professionalism. That being said, we’ve come up with a system that is flawless, and even more infallible than the Pope himself.*
This new system is setup this way: 5 different elements that each carry their own individual weight and score, all boiling down into one comprehensive review score.
  • Story
  • Gameplay
  • Graphics/Sound
  • Multiplayer/Replayability
  • Value
Admittedly the last two were the issues we talked back and forth on the most. We know that a lot of games these days are based solely on multiplayer, and multiplayer does in fact affect replayability, but if a game has a great story, or multiple endings that as well affects replayability. As far as price goes, we’ve set out to challenge the industry because quite frankly some games are not worth the 60 bucks we pay for.
This is all in an effort to enhance our presence in the gaming world and we hope you’re as excited about this change as we are. All of our old reviews will be left as is, sort of as a memorial of our old nubile ways.
Thanks for being a part of the TGF community!
