Double Fine and SEGA have paired up to make The Cave, a 2D puzzle action and adventure game.
Players can choose a team of three characters out of the seven available: the adventurer, the hillbilly, the knight, the monk, the scientist, the time traveler and the twins. We’ve got a fresh set of screen shots and trailers below.
The Cave is the latest game from Ron Gilbert. It is his first game since it was announce he was working with Double Fine, the studio of famed adventure developer Tim Schafer. We’ll get a chance to play the game shortly, as it’s due out January 2013 for Wii U, PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
