The new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV series is getting mixed reviews by many. Some love it while others are skeptical. Regardless how you feel, Activision is putting out a digital only game based on the TV show called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of Shadows.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of Shadows will be a third person brawler type game that is launching this summer for Steam, PsN and XBLA. Four player co-op will be available of course, as the Turtles take to the streets of New York City to fight the Foot Clan. The game promises to give gamers realistic 3D type graphics, deep character development, and skill based gameplay. The character models looks a bit bizarre, if anything, and it seems they are going for a more realistic turtle look.
This will be the first of three games that Activision will be releasing based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV show that airs on Cartoon Network on Friday nights. There have been 78 episodes confirmed for the TV series, of which 17 have already aired. The TV show features the talented voices of Nolan North, Sean Astin, Kelly Hu, Jason Biggs and more, some of which might also be heard within the video game at some point or other.
