Bandai Namco has announced that a special Collector’s Edition and an exclusive Day 1 edition of Tales of Xillia 2 will be available August 19 in North America and August 22 in Europe. 
For the Collector’s Edition, players will receive a myriad of goodies:
• Tales of Xillia 2 full-game
• Ludger Kresnik figure
• Elle’s Pocket Watch Replica Compact
• Tales of Xillia 2 Original tracks selected by the development team
• Tales of Xillia 2 Art Book
• Tales of Xillia 2 Metalcase, featuring Ludger’s emblematic cat, Rollo
The Day 1 Edition, while not as hardy a haul, will still feature:
• Tales of Xillia 2 full-game
• Tales of Xillia 2 Original tracks selected by the dev. team
• Tales of Xillia 2 Metalcase
Tales of Xillia 2 follows precedent, starting two brand new protagonists, Ludger Kresnik and Elle Marta, and is a direct sequel set a year after the events of the first game.
The game will be available on August 19 in North America and August 22 in Europe exclusively for the PlayStation 3 system.
