Recently at Google I/O, Google announced that the Daydream platform is expanding to include standalone VR headsets.
With the announcement last week of their Made by Google hardware, Google is making a strong push into hardware. To further show off their new hardware array the Google pop-up shop is scheduled to open October 20th in New York.
