My personal favorite is Sonic the Hedgehog 2. It was one of my first video games, and still holds up to this day. The sharp graphics and blistering pace help it stand out from the glut of by-the-numbers platformers that littered the 16-bit era, but the fantastic level design elevate it to greatness. I’m sure some readers will have love for Sonic Adventure or even the bizarre Dr. Robotnik’s Mean Bean Machine, and we’d love to hear your favorite Sonic games and memories.
