If you missed out on some of the biggest deals of Steam‘s 2012 Holiday Sale, you’re in luck. PC and Mac gamers will get one more shot at some of the biggest deals of the Steam Holiday Sale this weekend. Valve has announced the Steam Holiday Sale Encore Weekend starts at 10:00 AM PST January 5th and runs until 10:00 AM PST January 7th. Which games will be a part of the sale is at the moment a mystery, but Steam’s saying it’ll be made up of a “select number of the most sought-after titles” from their store.
While we won’t know for sure which titles will be in the sale just yet, it’s safe to say the deals will be spectacular; already the sale has featured the following: Portal and Portal 2 for $6.24, Saints Row: The Third – The Full Package for $7.50, DOTA 2 for $15, Dishonored for $30, Psychonauts for less than $5, the entire Left 4 Dead franchise for $7.50, up to 75% off Skyrim and all of its DLC, $10 for both BioShock games, Sleeping Dogs for $17, and my personal favorite deal, the Indie Super Mega Pack: 30 games for $70. It’s safe to say that some of these games will be featured again.
No word on if any of those games I mentioned will be in the encore, but it’s a safe bet. Now you’ve just got to promise you’ll finish what you buy. But we can understand if you don’t. It’s a lot a games, after all.
