Valve has announced a major update to their Steam platform entitled Big Picture that allows a more TV friendly version of Steam.
The new Big Picture update allows users to change the interface of Steam in a click of a button. This allows a better user interface optimized for your television set. Big Picture was also made with the controller in mind and was designed around that. Don’t fret just yet, as there is still your standard mouse and keyboard controls as well.

Big Picture has everything you know and love from Steam, including the Steam Store, Steam Community and your Steam Library. There is also a brand new web browser designed for your TV and controller.
