Star Wars: Episode VII Cast Has Been Revealed

Great things are coming with today’s announcement of the Star Wars: Episode VII’s cast. Rumors of who will be on the cast and who will be returning to the cast have finally been put to rest. That’s right, Mark Hammil, Harrison Ford, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhem, Kenny Baker and Carrie Fisher are returning to the silver screen December 18th, 2015 for the film.

Director J.J. Abrams mentioned in the announcement, “We are so excited to finally share the cast of Star Wars: Episode VII. It is both thrilling and surreal to watch the beloved original cast and these brilliant new performers come together to bring this world to life, once again. We start shooting in a couple of weeks, and everyone is doing their best to make the fans proud.”

New cast members include: Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, and Max von Sydow.

It is also known that Harrison Ford has a “gigantic role” in the first of the next three films, according to the Star Wars: Episode VII news today. *FANGIRL SQUEAL*
