Sony is preparing today to launch Home 1.35 for the PS3. Sony described the update as including “some very significant enhancements”.
The update is to make Home have faster loading times and enhanced log-in process.
Other highlights include a “new intuitive navigator” is to be included, which will apparently the need to “click through message screens”.
The new interface will include access to Favorites, Personal Space, Friends, “Explore” and “Recommend”, which from the sounds of it will be new services added to the Home.
With 12 million registered users and counting, Sony see’s it doesn’t want to waste and opportunity. With Microsoft’s new interface coming soon, this should be interesting how it plays out.
