Sonic Generations to Get Collector's Edition

Celebrating twenty years of Sonic, Sega has just announced a collector’s edition for Sonic Generations.

This set comes with a golden ring, a classic/new Sonic statue, an art book, bonus DLC, and a DVD. The downside? So far it has only been announced for the UK/PAL market. Hopefully this will change, allowing fans around the world to pick up this collector’s edition.

Another downside to this is the price. Right now it is set to be £99.99, which is around $160 dollars. A bit pricey for a game that might be a hit or miss for diehard fans.

Sonic Generations is said to play like Sonic Adventure and will allow players to play as classic and new Sonic.

Generations is set to be released in November of this year for the Ps3, 3DS and XB360.
