New Screens for Ninja Gaiden 3 Multiplayer and Collectors Edition

Team Ninja, the studio behind the upcoming NInja Gaiden 3, today released a whole host of new screenshots for the upcoming games multiplayer mode as well as the first shots of the collectors edition.

Ninja Gaiden 3 sees the return of Ryu Hayabuse, this time facing off against an unknown terrorist cell that’s wreaking havoc on the city. The head of the terrorist group, the aptly named ‘Regent of the Mask’ has pushed Ryu to his limits. Ryu must answer like for like and fight to take down the group as well as their mysterious leader.

Below you’ll find a wealth of new screenshots featuring images from the games multiplayer mode. The multiplayer in Ninja Gaiden 3 offers fast paced combat for up 8 players in various game modes such as Battle Royale and Team Deathmatch. Every character in Multiplayer will be fully customizable with weapons and outfits as well as being able to fully develop their skills through unlocks and new features.

In addition to the Multiplayer screens, Team Ninja have also revealed photos of the games Collectors Edition. Those who preorder Ninja Gaiden 3 at GameStop and Amazon will receive a special downloadable two-character demo stage from Team Ninja’s upcoming Dead or Alive 5 fighting game. Players who place a preorder at GameStop will get access to a downloadable Dead or Alive 5 demo stage featuring a duel between Ninja Gaiden‘s Hayabusa and DOA’s Hitomi. At Amazon, preorder customers will be provided a duel between the DOA characters Ayane and Hayate. Alternatively, the premium Ninja Gaiden 3 Collector’s Edition offers players a chance to play all four characters in the Dead or Alive 5demo stage, an exclusive Ninja Gaiden 3 “Unmask” game art book, soundtrack CD, and an exclusive “Duel of the Masked” figure set.
