According to reports from MapModNews, an Activision insider has spilled news on what we can expect from the next Treyarch COD title.
The developer will call this instalment “Call of Duty: Black Ops”. The game will supposedly take place in various places during the history of the Cold War, from World War II and into current day. Locations include Cuba, South America, Vietnam and even the SAS mission during the April 1980 Iranian Embassy siege in London.
Also included would be another Zombie mode (a ‘la World at War), and dedicated servers for PC users online.
Reports earlier stated that the game would come out in October of this year and would only take place in Vietnam.
With this not coming straight from the dragons mouth (Being Activision officially), take this with a grain of salt until then.
