Rabbids Rumble Releases Today

Those rascally Rabbids return to the Nintendo 3DS with Rabbids Rumble. After traveling through time, Ubisoft’s little fuzzballs have been bizzarely, and uncharacteristically, quiet. They’re back, and instead of trying to climb to the moon or hold platforming stars hostage, they’re trying out cards.

No, the Rabbids aren’t out to play solitaire, they’re still doing what they do best: absurd, cartoon violence. This time it’s just a little like Pokemon. You see, the Rabbids are causing all kinds of havoc across seven worlds, and you need to capture all of them, which totals over 100. You’ll mainly use the new turn-based battle system, but the series is known for having all kinds of bizarre minigames, and those are here in full force.

Rabbids Rumble also has features unique to the 3DS. Spotpass will allow players to capture even more Rabbids as they play. Augmented Reality takes the Rabbids out of the game and into the real world in all-new minigames. Check out the brand new launch trailer below, and then take a look at the gallery.
